These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GymlyCRM. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're setting up an account on behalf of a gym business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf and confirming you're authorized to do so.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By signing up for or using GymlyCRM, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What GymlyCRM is
GymlyCRM is gym management software: member records, membership plans, payments, attendance, optional Face ID check-in, staff accounts, and related tools, provided to gym businesses ("Gym Operators") on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts & trial
- New accounts get a free trial with full access, no payment required to start
- You must verify your email address before your account becomes fully active
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account
- You must provide accurate business and billing information — regional pricing (Pakistan vs. international) is based on this, and mismatches between your declared and actual billing location may be flagged for review
4. Subscriptions & billing
- After your trial, continuing to use GymlyCRM requires an active paid plan
- Payment is currently by manual bank transfer — you submit a transaction reference (and optionally a receipt image), which we review and confirm before activating or renewing your plan
- Prices shown exclude tax, which may apply depending on your billing location

- We may change pricing going forward; changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use GymlyCRM for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of your Members or any third party
- Attempt to access another gym's data, or any part of the platform you're not authorized to access
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including attempting to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or plan limits
- Resell or provide access to GymlyCRM to another business without our agreement
6. Your responsibility for Member data
As a Gym Operator, you control what Member data gets entered into GymlyCRM, and you're responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to collect and store your Members' personal data
- Being accurate and honest with your Members about how their data is used
- Responding to your Members' requests about their own data — we provide the tools, but the relationship with your Members is yours
7. Face ID & biometric consent
If you enroll Members in Face ID check-in, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from each Member before doing so, and for complying with any biometric-data-specific laws that apply in your location. GymlyCRM provides the technical means to store and use this data for check-in — it does not provide legal consent on your behalf.
8. Intellectual property
GymlyCRM, its software, design, and branding are our property. Your Member and business data remains yours — we don't claim ownership of it, and you can export it at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
GymlyCRM is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. [This section in particular should be reviewed and tailored by a lawyer familiar with your jurisdiction — generic limitation-of-liability language often isn't fully enforceable as-is.]
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, or where payment isn't received. You can stop using GymlyCRM at any time; [add your policy on data deletion/export after account closure here].
11. Governing law
